AEW Dynamite's average viewership sat over one million for this week's episode, meaning the TNT show is now 2-0 when it comes to breaking seven figures in this post-Wednesday Night Wars era.

An average of 1.104 million people watched the show this Wednesday. This is down 9.4% from last week, when AEW's first episode without direct WWE NXT competition hit the second-highest viewership in company history, 1.219 million.

As far as the key 18-49 demographic goes, this dropped from 0.44 and 0.37 but was still enough for Dynamite to finish second amongst cable originals on the night.

Dynamite led the evening in males aged 18-49, hitting a 0.50 rating there.

MTV's The Challenge series won the night with a P18-49 rating of 0.58. This may account for much of Dynamite's decline in female viewers within that age group, which was down 21.9% on the previous week. The Challenge: Double Agents hit a 0.72 rating in this demo.

Regardless, AEW and NXT's television numbers both look healthy following the latter's move to Tuesday nights. The WWE property posted increases this week, improving to 0.23 in P18-49 and viewership of 841,000.
