AEW Full Gear 2023: 10 Nightmares That Could Come True

1. Ric Flair Hogs The Spotlight And...

...announces he's going to wrestle again.

Speaking of being the centre of attention. AEW fans are far from happy that Ric Flair has inked a multi-year deal with the promotion. Those on the apathetic side are more puzzled than anything else, but apathy would turn to rage if Tony Khan entered the ring on Saturday and announced that 'Slick Ric' was going to wrestle.

Flair already worked his "last match" in July 2022. That, rather annoyingly, came a full 14 years after his supposed "last match" vs. Shawn Michaels at WrestleMania XXIV. The 'Nature Boy' also worked a few dates for TNA in the interim too, but WWE wouldn't let him pull on the tights for a reason.

Tony should follow their lead. It'd be a PR disaster all round if Flair hogged the spotlight during Full Gear's six-man then revealed he plans to wrestle a match or two during (and beyond) Sting's retirement tour. Does anybody want to see that?!
