Orange Cassidy might have to go on another epic journey with the International Title lest it turn into the second coming of the TNT belt. Admittedly, mega-heel Christian Cage is doing everything he can to rehab that one, but it'll take time 'cause AEW fudged the TNT booking for so long.
They don't want to get into another game of pass the parcel with this midcard strap too.
That'd suck, not least because Orange is so well-suited to the workhorse role. Full Gear must be his time to shine, not Jon Moxley's; if Mox wins the title again, then people will start getting deja vu from All Out and wonder why Cassidy reclaimed the belt in the first place.
Orange has only held the International Title since 10 October, so it wouldn't make any sense to pen another title change so quickly. Nobody needs All Elite to start hitting the re-run button when the dude holding the belt is so good at it.
