AEW Revolution 2021: 10 Things That Need To Happen Before The PPV
1. Large Crowds Back In Arenas
Easily the biggest thing missing from wrestling (not just AEW) the live audience. This era has shown us how much a crowd adds to events, particularly PPV's. Looking back on Revolution 2020, that crowd was hot. From the opening tag bout to Chris Jericho's Judas entrance, the atmosphere was electric.
Looking at all the potential matches that may be on the card at Revolution, a crowd would be wonderful for each and every one. Moxley Vs. Omega would be brilliant in front of a passionate audience, as would the potential FTR Vs. Young Bucks rematch.
It is probably the biggest thing we have missed from AEW this year because every fan has distinct memories of the pops that made the company what it is now. Moxley emerging through the crowd at Double or Nothing, the reaction to Cody Vs Dustin and the fans on Chris Jericho's cruise giving us the best rendition of Judas we have seen. Bringing crowds back would add so much to AEW's already brilliant product.
Hopefully we see a (SAFELY!) packed arena again in the not too distant future.
