AEW Revolution 2022: 10 Things That Must Happen

5. …But Not As Much As Punk/MJF

Leave the generous bloodletting to MJF and CM Punk.

Both men have set the table for something stunning - their 'Dog Collar' clash is expected to act as AEW's very own love letter to the NWA and that claret-soaked classic between Roddy Piper and Greg Valentine back at Starrcade 1983. Also, echoing Piper is kinda Mr. Friedman's thing.

There's no way he's leaving Orlando this weekend without stitches. People flooding to Florida for the event anticipate a proper throwback, and they know Punk and MJF (as two real students of the game) are the right workers to give them it. This, dear reader, could be the kind of match even Jon Moxley watches through cracks in his fingers.

There's no getting around it either. Things have become so personal between Punk and MJF that they have to beat the ever-living sh*t out of one another for 20+ minutes, and they're gonna have to bleed all over the ring/ringside/each other.

Grab your popcorn.
