Could one of AEW's original pillars be on their way out of the company? Maybe...

As picked up on by Fightful, Sammy Guevara has removed all mention of AEW from his X bio, though the Spanish God is still listed on the official AEW roster page as of this writing.

When a talent removes any mention of the company they work for, that's often an indicator that they've finished up with that promotion, or are finishing up with them shortly, as most recently seen with Sheamus and his impending WWE departure.

Of course, this is far from nailed-on that Sammy Guevara is done with AEW, but it's certainly a situation to keep an eye on.

If this is it for Sammy in AEW, it would bring an end to a seven-year run with Tony Khan's organisation, with the 32-year-old being an AEW Original who made his company debut at the inaugural AEW show, Double or Nothing 2019. In his time being #AllElite, the Texas native is a three-time TNT Champion and a three-time ROH Tag Team Champion.

As alluded to, while Sammy Guevara has been in and around the main event scene at various points across his AEW career, he's more recently been used in Ring of Honor, as reflected by him only having had three AEW matches in 2026 so far.
