AEW Sign Former ROH Champions SoCal Uncensored

Christopher Daniels, Frankie Kazarian, and Scorpio Sky join the new promotion.

All Elite Wrestling's signing spree continued yesterday, with veterans Christopher Daniels, Frankie Kazarian, and Scorpio Sky, collectively known as SoCal Uncensored, all joining the upcoming promotion.

Pro Wrestling Sheet's Ryan Satin confirmed the news, stating that the trio will be officially unveiled as AEW wrestlers at today's Double Or Nothing rally in Jacksonville, Florida.

Best known for their work in Ring Of Honor, SCU are former Six-Man Tag Team Champions in that promotion, having defeated the Elite-aligned trio of Hangman Page and The Young Bucks for the straps in March 2018. Kazarian and Sky held the tag gold for two months in 2018, while Daniels, the most decorated SCU member, is a former ROH World Champion.

All three wrapped their ROH business at Final Battle 2018 on 14 December, with Marty Scurll submitting Daniels, and Kazarian and Sky dropping their tag strips to The Briscoes in an insane Ladder War main event. Each had been linked with AEW over the past few weeks: now, it looks like they're official.

They join Page, the Bucks, Cody, and Britt Baker as confirmed signees, with Pentagon Jr., Rey Fenix, and perhaps Kenny Omega expected to follow soon.
