AEW Tease New Nightmare Collective On Dark?

Did Dr. Luther and Mel try to recruit Jimmy Havoc last night?

Don't push the panic button just yet, but All Elite Wrestling appeared to tease a new version of The Nightmare Collective on last night's episode of Dark.

It went down while Jimmy Havoc wrestled Marko Stunt in the opener. Former Collective members Dr. Luther and Mel, who were last seen battering Awesome Kong out of the now-disbanded group, appeared on the ramp as the English brawler took control. Announcers Excalibur and Taz then speculated on why they were there, noting that the duo had turned attention towards Havoc.

"Are they looking to align with him? Are they looking to attack him?" asked Taz, so it looks like we're either getting Jimmy buddying up with the duo or wrestling one of them.

The universally-derided Nightmare Collective was seemingly split when Brandi Rhodes' therapy session segments were abandoned and her former partners "injured" Kong. Rhodes was also seen on last night's Dark but was nowhere near Luther and Mel, instead accompanying Nightmare Family members Dustin Rhodes and QT Marshall to the ring for the main event.

So are we set for something of a Nightmare Collective reboot in AEW? Let's see how it pans out.
