Yes, it looks Phenomenal.

AJ Styles posted the very first screenshot from 2K's upcoming WWE 2K19 video game on Twitter this afternoon, and it's a doozy.

The shot shows WWE Champ Styles walking along the ring apron during his entrance, and the scene is all framed by gorgeous ring lighting (yep, that much-hyped lighting mechanic is back again) that brings out the sheen on his tights and the jewels on the title belt itself. In slightly upsetting news, it doesn't look like 2K have done much with the pre-existing hair problem that's plagued WWE games for years.

It kinda' still looks like a clump attached to his head rather than free-flowing strands.

This will hopefully be the first in a string of screenshots from the developer though, and it was a nice touch to let AJ, the cover star, leak a sneak peek at what the new release will look like.

WWE 2K19 hits stores on 9 October worldwide. Special editions of the game will be available four days earlier on 5 October, and that includes the unique Ric Flair Wooooo! Edition that comes with a host of pre-order bonuses.
