All 21 NXT-To-WWE Call-Ups - Ranked From Worst to Best
3. Baron Corbin
A lot of people were shocked by Baron Corbin entering and winning the André the Giant Memorial Battle Royal at WrestleMania 32, but longtime NXT fans should know that the Lone Wolf is full of surprises.
Originally known for lackluster jobber squashes, Corbin quietly developed into one of the best workers and most compelling characters on the roster. Two years into his WWE career and he's going toe-to-toe with indy darlings and destroying them on the mic, and everyone was like, “oh, so Baron Corbin”.
So he shows up alongside Shaq, Tatanka and personal favorite DDP and just starts dumping guys. He certainly upstaged Hideo Itami, last year’s NXT entrant, who was eliminated immediately and definitely did not get a Raw roster spot.
Corbin followed up his main roster debut - once again, a WrestleMania win - with a solid performance destroying established babyface Dolph Ziggler.
All hail? Maybe, yeah.
