Could it have been anything else in 2020? A company set to announce record profits did so amidst the biggest talent cull in a generation. Right as said talent had nowhere else to work and less chance than ever to make the best of the situation. "Black Wednesday" was and always will be one of the more distressing decisons from a company not short on them.
