All In 2: 8 Things We Want To See

3. A Title Match Main Event

Call this writer an annoying traditionalist, but he would have preferred to see that NWA World Heavyweight Championship bout between Nick Aldis and Cody headline All In. Although The Golden Elite vs. Rey Mysterio, Bandido and Rey Fénix was fun, it didn't quite have the build, pageantry or emotion of Rhodes' win.

That match was a headliner all day long.

At All In 2, it'd be an idea to reformat the card and make sure there's a title match on last. It's arguable, but aside from Kenny Omega vs. Penta El Zero, every subsequent match after Aldis vs. Cody felt like it couldn't follow up; this was especially true of Kazuchika Okada vs. Marty Scurll, which went a bit long and could have done with happening earlier.

Cody looked every bit the main event star and entered a performance that would've made his father proud at All In. On the sequel show, it'd be cool to see that world-class showing vindicated by a main event slot. Forget worries about the booker putting himself on last, because it's deserved here, and it'd give the last match greater weight if it contested a title.
