As recently reported, Montel Vontavious Porter (MVP) had his contract terminated by Lucha Undeground seemingly five minutes after the world became aware that the two were working together in the first place.

MVP was released for violating the terms of his deal, all of which was related to him having a number of Lucha Underground talents on his podcast.

As one would expect the talk on those podcasts turned to the El Rey Network show, and LU higher-ups felt that certain spoilers had been given away in the chats. MVP took the podcast down as soon as this was made to be an issue, but this hasn't stopped the information getting out because INTERNET.

Fresh reports are suggesting that many who work for Lucha Underground are pretty annoyed at the whole thing, seeing it as an extremely petty decision and maybe even a cover up for something bigger. MVP hasn't commented on the situation, but his MLW Radio co-host Alex Greenfield says it could very well be a personal betrayal. Who is responsible? Well, no one knows as of yet.

The plot thickens. My money is on Famous B.
