Backstage Update On Roman Reigns & Batista's WWE Schedules

When will we see the returning stars next?

This week's WWE Monday Night Raw was one of the most newsworthy in months, largely thanks to Roman Reigns and Batista.

Reigns kicked the show off by announcing that his leukaemia was in remission, prompting a huge, emotional outpouring, and a big embrace with former Shield stablemate Seth Rollins. Him and 'The Kingslayer' would reunite again later in the show, saving Dean Ambrose from a four-on-one beatdown.

Raw closed with Batista hijacking Ric Flair's 70th birthday celebrations. A perfectly-captured shot saw 'The Animal' drag a cameraman to Flair's locker-room, then disappear inside, re-emerging with the 16-time World Champion's battered body, before asking Triple H if he "had his attention now."

Both men are now back in the company fold, and it looks like they'll feature prominently ahead of WrestleMania 35. Per PW Insider, Roman is being advertised for every Raw taping leading up to 'The Show Of Shows,' and will appear on the company's annual post-'Mania tour, while Batista has been confirmed for next week's show and will juggle WWE appearances with existing Hollywood commitments.

Batista is expected to face Triple H at 'Mania, while Reigns' plans are up in the air. Nonetheless, expect big things from both over the coming weeks.
