Becky Lynch Calls WWE Star "The Future Of The Business"
WWE's Becky Lynch thinks wrestling's future "is in good hands" with this star name.
Becky Lynch has called current WWE peer Rhea Ripley "the future of the business".
Veteran Lynch also told Verge that the future of pro wrestling is in good hands with women like Rhea leading the way. Of course, 'Big Time Becks' still thinks she has something to say about the present - Becky is just pleased that someone like Ripley is finally starting to get the praise she deserves.
Rhea has been a leading light on Raw as part of the Judgment Day faction for a while now, and recent rumours even suggest that she could be in the frame to headline one of the nights at WrestleMania 39. That's all conjecture, but it doesn't sound like Lynch would be surprised to see Rhea following her 'Mania 35 heroics.
Becky dived back into kayfabe during the interview to say that she'd happily "put [Rhea] in her place" if she had to. That, naturally, teases a mega-match between both women on pay-per-view. Most WWE fans would love to see that happen soon, especially if it helped Ripley grow as a character.
For now, she can be chuffed that Becky thinks she's "the future".
