Having been absent from in-ring action for an entire year, Bianca Belair made her long-awaited WWE return at WrestleMania 42 Night 1... but the EST won't be lacing up her boots again any time soon.

As John Cena announced the official Night 1 attendance as being 50,816, the record-setting 17-time World Champion was interrupted by Belair's music, as Bianca made her way to the ring. There, she took the microphone, thanked her fans for their support, and said that you can't have WrestleMania without having a few surprises.

With that, Bianca unzipped her coat, telling Cena he needed to add another one to that attendance number, as she showed off her baby bump, saying, "The EST is having a baby". Cena thanked Belair for sharing that news, as she received a fantastic reaction from the Allegiant Stadium crowd.

Bianca Belair last wrestled at WrestleMania 41, coming up short against IYO SKY and Rhea Ripley in an excellent match for IYO's Women's World Championship; the Genius of the Sky retaining the gold on that occasion.

Unfortunately for Bianca, she suffered a hand injury during that match, which was later detailed to be a broken knuckle. That injury kept the Knoxville native on the sidelines for the past 12 months, although she did make an appearance as a special referee in the Jade Cargill vs. Naomi contest at the Evolution PLE last July.

Many fans had speculated that Bianca Belair might be making her WWE return at WrestleMania 42 or in the fallout to 'Mania, and while that return did take place, Bianca will obviously be stepping away from the ring for the foreseeable future.

From all of us here at WhatCulture, a huge congratulations to Bianca Belair, Montez Ford, and their family on this fantastic news.
