Big Update On Brandi Rhodes' Wrestling Future

Brandi Rhodes is yet to join husband Cody in WWE thus far. Here's the latest on her situation.

It sounds like Brandi Rhodes currently has several irons in the fire despite not re-emerging in professional wrestling since she and husband Cody departed All Elite Wrestling in February.

Fightful Select reports that even though Brandi isn't actively competing anywhere at the moment, the former AEW Chief Brand Officer is still training between the ropes. Rhodes' last bout was a victory over KiLynn King on her former employers' 26 January Dark: Elevation tapings.

A number of things have been discussed when it comes to Brandi, one of which is joining KultureCity in a full-on partnership. Rhodes currently serves as a board member for the nonprofit organisation, whose activities focus on improving sensory accessibility, and was instrumental in building the existing relationship between KultureCity and AEW. That partnership is still going strong: earlier this week, the Tony Khan-helmed promotion was announced as a sponsor of the charity's upcoming KultureBall on 27 August.

Beyond this, Brandi recently reprised a version of her old AEW YouTube series, A Shot Of Brandi, on the Nightmare Family's channel. The first episode of Brandi On The Rocks went out earlier this week.

Brandi was last under WWE contract in May 2016, when she requested her release days after Cody had done the same.
