The viewership numbers are in for the September 16 episodes of Ring of Honor Wrestling and TNA Impact Wrestling on Destination America, and the network can't be happy with the results. Both shows saw their viewership drop in a massive way this week. Impact Wrestling at 9:00 p.m. ET, which was built around a storyline pitting TNA against Global Force Wrestling for control of the company, drew 258,000 viewers. This was down 27% from last week's first airing of Impact, which drew 353,000 viewers. The replay of the show at 12:00 a.m. ET this week drew 62,000 viewers, which was also down 35% from last week's replay that drew 96,000 viewers. Overall between both airings on Wednesday night, TNA drew 320,000 viewers. Last week's two airings brought in a total of 447,000 viewers. Ring of Honor Wrestling at 11:00 p.m. ET, which was main-evented by a tag team match between The Kingdom and War Machine, brought in 89,000 viewers on Wednesday evening. This was also significantly down from last week's show, which drew 138,000 viewers. This is only the second time that the first-run airing of ROH on Destination America has brought in less than 100,000 viewers (July 15 being the other). Both company's numbers were likely hurt a little bit from the Republican debate on CNN that drew 23.1 million viewers.
