Brandi Rhodes has stated that while she won't be chasing world titles anytime soon, she is open to returning to professional wrestling if husband Cody needs her.

Fightful spoke with Rhodes at the American Nightmare: Becoming Cody Rhodes documentary's premiere last week. "If Cody needs me, I'll be there," was her answer when asked about getting the itch to return to wrestling, along with the world title quip.

When asked about hitting Paul Heyman with a spear, Rhodes commented that this might hurt her more than him at the moment.

It was reported last August that Brandi had worked a short stint at the WWE Performance Center, including a match with "newer talent." She mentioned this to Fightful, saying that although she threw in the towel, she had fun.

Rhodes' last match was for AEW in January 2022. Prior to this, she had taken time off ahead of her daughter Liberty's birth the previous June. On coming back to wrestling postpartum, Brandi said "Becky Lynch can do it," adding that 'The Man' "can do anything."

Cody Rhodes returned to WWE in April 2022. Brandi, who last worked there as Eden Stiles between 2013 and 2016, is yet to re-appear.
