Brock Lesnar hasn't been seen since April's Greatest Royal Rumble event and isn't expected to wrestle again until SummerSlam (19 August), but it looks like we're one step closer to learning his next opponent.

Paul Heyman discussed 'The Beast's' future in a lengthy Facebook promo this weekend. He mentioned a number of potential challengers by name, but gave special attention to Bobby Lashley, dedicating the bulk of his post to the man who defeated Sami Zayn at Money In The Bank.

Among other things, Paul E. called Lashley out for his meagre amateur wrestling and mixed martial arts résumés (compared to Lesnar's), calling him "the punchline to a joke about the pitiful level of pseudo-athletes who think they are even in Brock's league."

While Heyman may just be working the fans, this isn't the first time Lesnar vs. Lashley has been hinted. The former Impact star was mentioned as a potential opponent for Brock prior to WrestleMania 34, with a number of outlets reporting he'd be Lesnar's first post-'Mania opponent, though the buzz quickly cooled.

The universal criticism thrown at Lashley's recent program with Sami Zayn may make for an unpopular bout, though Bobby has already been named as part of a number one contender's scramble at Extreme Rules (July 15).
