Brock Lesnar's WWE Elimination Chamber 2022 Door Smash Was Legit

The Beast Incarnate went into business for himself against his Chamber pod door.

In another eventful night for Brock Lesnar, the Beast Incarnate decimated and eliminated four other competitors - Bobby Lashley being removed from the contest - at yesterday's Elimination Chamber PPV on his way to becoming the new WWE Champion. Oh, and he F5'd poor Austin Theory from the top of one of the Chamber structure's pods.

One other noteworthy Lesnar spot, was Brock smashing his way out of his own pod. While some would think the former UFC Heavyweight Champion broke out of a gimmicked pod door as part of a spot that had been agreed pre-match, that was not the case.

Instead, to add a further level of insanity to the badass reputation of Lesnar, this spot was absolutely not planned ahead of time and the pod door was not a gimmicked door designed for Brock to smash through.

As per PWInsider, this was scarily just a case of Brock Lesnar deciding to be beastly Brock Lesnar and break his way out of his pod just for sh*ts 'n' giggles.

After entering the Chamber contest in this most explosive of ways, Brock handily eliminated Seth Rollins, Riddle and AJ Styles with F5s before then turning his attention to the aforementioned Theory.

In a terrifying example of your classic cat and mouse chase, Lesnar stalked the former EVOLVE Champion across the Chamber structure. There was one hope spot for Theory - a low blow that was followed by a DDT - but Brock would end up putting Austin literally down in emphatic fashion as he F5'd him from the top of a pod.

With that, Brock Lesnar is your new WWE Champion and heads into WrestleMania 38 for a Champion vs. Champion bout with Roman Reigns. As for Bobby Lashley, reports this morning suggest the All Mighty may be set for a spell on the sidelines due to a legitimate shoulder issue.
