Fresh off a tag team victory alongside sometimes rival Tommaso Ciampa, NXT Champion Bron Breakker will defend his title next week in a triple threat match that includes Ciampa and Dolph Ziggler.

Ciampa and Breakker defeated the Dirty Dawgs on NXT 2.0 Tuesday night when Tommaso nailed Dolph with the Fairytale Ending, avenging his loss last week. Afterward, Ziggler was running his mouth backstage when Ciampa confronted him. Breakker got involved, which led Dolph to say that he could beat the champ, and indicated that Ciampa felt the same way.

The hotheaded champ immediately told them he could kick both of their a**es next week, thus laying down the challenge to both men, which will take place next Tuesday at NXT Roadblock, a special episode of NXT 2.0.

Ziggler made his way to NXT a few weeks ago, interjecting himself into the conversation during Breakker's feud with Santos Escobar. Ciampa has somewhat acted as Bron's proxy, showing up on Raw to spar with Dolph and Robert Roode, while the champ has stayed put. Tommaso defeated Roode on Raw Monday night.

Breakker has been one of the true bright spots of the NXT reboot, showing a great deal of aptitude for wrestling. His ascension has been meteoric, winning the NXT title from Ciampa in just his 14th professional match. A triple threat will be a unique challenge for Bron, though he'll be in there with two consummate professionals.
