If you like to think of yourself as quite the knowledgeable wrestling fan, particularly when it comes to WWE, we've got the perfect quiz to test your mettle.

The simple task at hand here is to name every person who has officially held what is nowadays known as the WWE Championship, or, at times, the Unisputed WWE Championship, despite not being particularly undisputed, of course. This is the championship belt that dates all the way back to 1963, lasting throughout the World Wide Wrestling Federation days to the World Wrestling Federation days, and now obviously to World Wrestling Entertainment.

So, how well do you know the legendary lineage of what has long been viewed as the most prestigious title in the history of professional wrestling, the title that has been held by some of the truly greatest ever wrestlers to lace up a pair of boots?

Now, before you get started, you only need to name each person to hold the WWE Championship once, rather than having to name wrestlers multiple times if they've had multiple reigns. Likewise, to clarify, for the older fans out there, the 'reigns' of the 'Million Dollar Man' Ted DiBiase and Antonio Inoki don't count here, as neither of those reigns is formally recognised by WWE. Still, there are more than 50 other people whom the company does recognise as WWE Champions.

With that in mind, then, it's time for you to get to it and see how many of those 50+ wrestlers you can remember.
