Charlotte Vs. Sasha Banks "Triple Main Event" At WWE Hell In A Cell 2016

History is about to be made...at least once.

WWE still does't seem to know what the final match of Hell in a Cell is going to be. But for now, they're calling the show a "triple main event", with all three matches receiving top billing. That's the first time a woman's match has ever been considered a main event for a pay-per-view. But will they close out the night?

Yesterday, Vince McMahon Tweeted that Charlotte vs. Sasha Banks was part of a #TripleMainEvent. For some reason he deleted that post, and today, he basically re-Tweeted the exact same thing:

WWE makes history Oct. 30 when @SashaBanksWWE defends her #RAW Women’s Title vs. @MsCharlotteWWE inside #HellInACell! #TripleMainEvent"

Earlier in the week on his Facebook page, Mick Foley said the women's match was going to go on last, and then later posted a retraction, saying that the main event is "whatever each fan decides it is", which is...well, not really based in any sort of reality. Just pick your own main event people, it can be Kendrick vs. Perkins if you just believe!

Having Sasha vs. Charlotte go on last is probably the right way to go. Rusev vs. Roman Reigns has no chance of sending the crowd home happy, and Kevin Owens vs. Seth Rollins has very little heat behind it, as it feels like they're fighting a proxy war for Triple H and Stephanie. The women wrestlers likely have the best chance of stealing the show, so putting them on last makes the most logical sense.

As Rust Cohle from True Detective said "Life's barely long enough to get good at one thing. So be careful what you're good at." Sadly, I can't solve a murder like Rust...or change a tire, or even tie a tie. But I do know all the lyrics to Hulk Hogan's "Real American" theme song and can easily name every Natural Born Thriller from the dying days of WCW.
