Chris Jericho Reveals Which WWE Stars He Still Talks To
"We all still text from time to time!"
AEW's Chris Jericho has revealed exactly which group of WWE stars he still talks to.
During his interview on the 'Saturday Night Special' show, Jericho said he still chats with five specific wrestlers and one key member of management "from time-to-time". Straight up, that "key member of management" is none other than Vince McMahon.
He and Jericho exchange texts every now and then.
The five wrestlers in question are Jericho's old partner-turned-rival Kevin Owens, fellow Canadian Edge, Seth Rollins, Samoa Joe and (here's the one that may surprise some people) NXT's pint-sized Brit Drake Maverick.
Jericho said he doesn't get to talk to these guys as much as he'd like because they're all super-busy doing their own things across both companies. However, he did add that he has "much respect and love for all of them there".
Aww.
AEW's 'Demo God' remains determined to combat WWE's stronghold on the wrestling market by making All Elite as good as it possibly can be. He's always willing to talk up his own product, but still has a lot of friends who work over at WWE.
