This generation's finest in-ring rivalry is the one between Punk and John Cena. Their matches at pay-per-views such as Money in the Bank 2011, SummerSlam 2011 and Night of Champions 2012 were legitimate Match of the Year contenders while their free television match on February 25, 2013 was one of the best contests in the long and storied history of Monday Night Raw. They have unmatched chemistry and every match they wrestle has the potential to be all-time great. Their history together is more-than enough to renew their rivalry and result in a series of matches that would thrill audiences. There would be no need for a championship to be at stake or any convoluted storyline. Two guys who have long history with one another competing to prove who the better man is would be all the fans need to become invested in their matches. Like Rock vs. Austin, Undertaker vs. Michaels and Bret Hart vs. Shawn Michaels, CM Punk vs. John Cena will always sell because of the dynamic between the two competitors and the quality of the action they present.

He resides in Parts Unknown, where he hosts weekly cookouts with Kane, The Ultimate Warrior, Papa Shango and The Boogeyman. Be jealous.
