2. Hating On The Rock And Loving John Cena
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zdXR_928vOI Just before facing John Cena in that legendary match at Money In The Bank 2011, CM Punk broke character on a WWE tour of Australia. Taking the microphone, Punk slaughtered Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson for his part time commitment to WWE. He then went on to praise John Cena for being the hardest working man in the business, a shoot which came off a little too sickly sweet and suck up (even though it was true and Cena deserves the recognition). The reason Punk will now regret this video is because he ended up becoming friends with Johnson and they made a lot of money together in 2013. It was a bit hypocritical in retrospect, Punk wasn't a fan of Rock being back in WWE, until of course he got to make a boatload of money off of Rock's name. He might have also regretted it because WWE can't have been happy at him jeopardising the kayfabe headed into MITB 2011. He came off as the biggest Cena fan in the world here. The leader of the Cenation just stood back and soaked the love up from Punk. "I'm sick of hearing negative things about the guy who turns up to work day in day out," the straight edge star began, "whether he's tired or whether he's sick, he always wants to be here.... I can't lie, I've got nothing but respect for you and so should all of you, because he is here come rain, some sleet, come snow. He flew 20 hours here to see you. "What are they gonna do fire me, I don't see The Rock coming out here busting his a**."
