Corey Graves shall return to the announce booth in which he cut his commentary teeth tonight.

Triple H has confirmed that SmackDown's colour man will be at the table for NXT TakeOver XXX, stating so during a YouTube Q&A session with host Kayla Braxton. Graves will be on commentary all night long, likely joined by play-by-play announcer Mauro Ranallo and likely one of Beth Phoenix and Vic Joseph, if the team doesn't rotate.

Corey "begged and pleaded" to be allowed to do the show, jested 'The Game.'

Forced to retire due to severe concussion issues in 2014, Graves became an NXT pre-show panellist and commentator that December, scoring a two-year contract for his new role. He and Tom Phillips eventually settled into the black and gold brand's regular two-man team, with Graves earning widespread plaudits for his witty, snappy colour style, drawing comparisons with Bobby 'The Brain' Heenan and others.

Graves was moved to the main roster in 2016 and cracked up during his last NXT appearance. Clearly, the spot means a lot to him.

NXT TakeOver XXX starts at midnight EST tonight and will likely be headlined by NXT Champion Keith Lee vs. Karrion Kross.
