Danhausen Blimp Segment Planned For WrestleMania 42 (WWE News)

WrestleMania 42 could be cursed! WWE reportedly lines up Danhausen showcase for the PLE.

PWInsider Elite dropped news that Danhausen is set to star in a special added segment on the WrestleMania 42 lineup. Neither day has been 100% confirmed, so this next point is merely opinion, but it'd make sense if it happened on the Sunday - at time of writing, Saturday has 7 matches and the Sunday has 6, so there's probably a little more time to work with on the closing night.

Meanwhile, WrestleVotes Radio on Fightful Select has followed up on that report with one of their own. Their sources suggest that Danhausen's appearance will be tied (perhaps not literally!) to a Goodyear Blimp that's set to fly high above Allegiant Stadium over the weekend.

Bonus points if Hausen drops jars of teeth from the thing onto the crowd below. Actually, that'd hurt. Scrap that idea. Back to the spooky drawing board!

Danhausen debuted with a popcorn fart back at Elimination Chamber on 28 February by emerging from a crate that'd been carted around the place and shown off on Raw and SmackDown before the PLE. It was a troubling start for the ex-AEW man, because fans didn't really seem to know who he was (or care about his routine).

Since then, Mr. 'Very Nice, Very Evil' has shifted an impressive amount of merchandise for the company, and he's successfully charmed fans during backstage segments. Then, Danhausen won his very first WWE match by beating Kit Wilson on the 10 April episode of SmackDown.

Fingers and toes crossed his 'Mania skit, whatever it entails, goes well.
