Did Dexter Lumis Win A WWE Contract On Raw?

Months of stalking, hidden cameras and bad puns ends with... a Lumis/Miz match.

Despite being heavily featured on Raw for the past three months, Dexter Lumis squared off against Miz this Monday night to earn a WWE contract.

Lumis has been stalking the A-lister for a while, even kidnapping him on a couple of occasions, in a story that was on a hamster wheel at one point, just repeating the same gags. It finally was revealed that Miz had hired a down-on-his-luck Lumis, who legitimately was released by WWE in April, to "stalk" him to make fans sympathetic. The problem is, Miz stopped paying him and Dexter sought revenge.

Johnny Gargano became intertwined in the story, providing exposition for the silent Lumis and ultimately serving as a sidekick of sorts.

All of it came to a conclusion after 10 minutes of a very pedestrian, very dull "anything goes" match that saw Lumis win a contract, get paid his back wages from Miz, and give some money to kids as he left ringside. Oh, and Miz tried to crush Dexter's skull with a vice, because it's hilarious.

So there you have it: Dexter Lumis is officially a WWE superstar again, despite already appearing on Raw for three months and having entrance music and a video on the Titantron when he came out.
