Drew McIntyre is back on WWE television.

'The Scottish Psychopath' returned to Raw after close to two months away last night, with Ric Flair introducing McIntyre as the last member of Team Flair for the upcoming Crown Jewel pay-per-view in Saudi Arabia.

The 16-time World Champion put his latest charge over huge. Drew claimed Flair had come to him looking for a favour, so he'd granted it, then promised to give the audience a preview of what he intended to do to Team Hogan on 31 October.

This led to a singles match with the Hogan-affiliated Ricochet and McIntyre emerged victorious, putting the high-flyer away after 18 minutes of bruising David vs. Goliath action, in which Ricochet played a full-on ragdoll. Drew took the victory when he nailed the Claymore after throwing his opponent into the ring steps.

A post-match beatdown then followed, with Ricochet's corpse-like selling helping make the Scot look like a beast on his comeback.

McIntyre had been out of action since undergoing minor surgery to correct a lingering issue following his elimination to Ricochet in the King of the Ring tournament. This was the first time he'd competed since August.
