Changes are afoot for Edge's new Judgement Day faction in WWE, with Rhea Ripley joining the stable at WrestleMania Backlash 2022 this Sunday (8 May) and the blue-bathed trio's leader debuting a new look on last night's episode of Raw.

A new haircut is the extent of Edge's image change. Still, the veteran looked transformed with his fresher, shorter barnet, having trimmed the wild mane that has sat atop his head for much of his long wrestling career.

Edge and Judgement Day were involved as an in-ring segment serving as a precursor for two singles matches. The first of these saw Ripley fell her former tag team partner Liv Morgan in just over five minutes, doing so via Texas Cloverleaf. Immediately after this, Finn Balor hit the ring with ally AJ Styles in tow, beating Judgement Day's Damian Priest via disqualification when Edge speared Balor out of his boots.

WrestleMania Backlash saw Edge defeat Styles for the second time in 2022. Distracted by a hooded Ripley's interference, AJ may have grounds for another rematch.

Aesthetically, Judgement Day remain largely the same, speaking verbosely beneath blue lighting.
