Erik Redbeard Returns To AEW On Rampage
A familiar face showed up to help Death Triangle on AEW Rampage.
Erik Redbeard made his return to AEW programming on last night's episode of Rampage.
Making his presence known during a segment which saw Death Triangle calling out their long-time rivals The House of Black and subsequently squaring off in the middle of the ring, the one-time Wyatt Family member was revealed as the former group's newest recruit.
Upon making his crowd-popping return, the former WWE talent would proceed to clear the ring alongside Penta and PAC, scaring off Malakai Black, Brody King and Buddy Matthews in the process. It would then be made official that Death Triangle, boasting their new recruit, would be going to war with The House of Black on the Revolution Buy-In show on Sunday night.
Last night marked Redbeard's first AEW appearance since forming part of a touching salute to the late Brodie Lee during said beloved figure's tribute show in 2020.
Rampage also saw Sammy Guevara successfully defend his TNT Championship against Andrade El Idolo and Darby Allin, Christian Cage earn his place in the Face of the Revolution Ladder match, Hikaru Shida make her AEW return, and Keith Lee notch another win on the go-home show to Revolution 2022.
