AEW Full Gear 2024 Big Boom! AJ The Costco Guys
AEW

AEW was beginning to turn its ship around by the time Full Gear 2024 rolled around, assisted in part by the company's new blood. Kyle Fletcher and Will Ospreay put on a high-flying wrestling clinic, with the Aussie shocking Ospreay by gaining his victory via an almighty top rope brainbuster.

Ricochet began his AEW redemption in a superb International Championship match, but he came up short against the ever-improving Konosuke Takeshita. The Outrunners were all the rage, but failed to capture the AEW tag belts in a Fatal Four-Way that was won by reigning champions, Private Party.

As for AEW's old guard, Daniel Garcia finally struck AEW gold as he defeated Jack Perry for the TNT Championship. Both Jay White and 'Hangman' Adam Page looked fantastic in their match, with the Bullet Club Gold man getting a big win, but the night had a convoluted ending. Jon Moxley successfully defended his AEW World Championship against Orange Cassidy before multiple brawls broke out. 'Hangman' and Jay White arrived after Christian Cage tried to cash in his world title shot, and Darby Allin then tried taking out The Death Riders with a car in an ending that was just a little too WCW for its own good.
