Ok so maybe this is actually where the Scoring Films On Their Dave Batista-ness is really going to hit home...

Having done Pitch Black (excellent) and The Chronicles Of... (also very good) Riddick's self-titled third album sees him marooned on a desert planet awaiting either death by the elements or death by the mercenaries coming to kill him.

Riddick was probably going to be the last film in the Riddick saga until they announced Furya. That's set for release in, and I'm not making this up, "202?" so... some time in the next 11 years.
