Long story short, this movie franchise started out as a biographic account of the man who taught Bruce Lee, and then moved into full blown Martial Arts Movie faire. Batista arrived for the fourth instalment which, somehow, is critically regarded as the best of the lot.

Dave's a bad guy here, of course, peddling drug dealers and corrupt police officials in a tale of treachery and deceit. He gets a fair whack of screentime and a lot of actual whacking to do in it.
