5. The Young Bucks

Even in the madcap world of professional wrestling, Matt and Nick Jackson are wholly unique.

The Young Bucks are one of the finest tag teams on the planet today, and over the last couple of years have managed to reinvent themselves from Hardy Boy-esque high flyers into two of the best heels in the business.

They fit Bullet Club perfectly, with their cocky mannerisms and taunts stolen from various factions of the 90s. Two more punchable stars you will not find, but they also back up their arrogance with top drawer professional wrestling.

Much like Doc Gallows, the Bucks made their New Japan debut in a tag team tournament in 2013. They went on to win the Super Jr. Tag Tournament, and went one better just a few weeks later by defeating Suzuki-gun to capture the IWGP Jr. Tag Championships.

The belts have been hot potatoes ever since, but the role of Matt and Nick in New Japan has steadily increased with or without them. The two now sit alongside Kenny Omega at the top table of Bullet Club, and there are plenty of superkick parties in their future.

Born in the middle of Wales in the middle of the 1980's, John can't quite remember when he started watching wrestling but he has a terrible feeling that Dino Bravo was involved. Now living in Prague, John spends most of his time trying to work out how Tomohiro Ishii still stands upright. His favourite wrestler of all time is Dean Malenko, but really it is Repo Man. He is the author of 'An Illustrated History of Slavic Misery', the best book about the Slavic people that you haven't yet read. You can get that and others from www.poshlostbooks.com.
