3. Dragon Gate Open The Dream Gate Championship

Possibly the most creative and inspired wrestling title design ever, the Open The Dream Gate Championship comes with it a mythology: those who have earned the right to challenge for it carry a key, which, in the event of victory, is used to unlock the gate on the front plate and literally etch their name in history. If the challenge is unsuccessful, the reigning Champion retains the key. The visual effect is striking; the large collection of keys looks like a gallery of fallen souls, a constant reminder of epic domination. It's more than a mere gimmick: it doubles as a tremendous-looking title belt, too, distinctive for its very thick plates.
