A perfect "Paul Heyman Guy" in whatever sense of the phrase CM Punk meant when he introduced it on-screen, 911 was both a gimmick managed by Heyman the character and one championed and brilliantly promoted Heyman the man.

Limited but rarely looking it, the giant was effectively a WWE-sized monster being given small dose beatings to ECW losers, much to the joy of the hardcore audience. He couldn't do much more, but Heyman made it so he never really needed to.
