Every Star Of The Last WCW Nitro: Where Are They Now?

5. Bam Bam Bigelow

Sadly, Bam Bam Bigelow passed away on January 19, 2007. The years pioneering what it meant to be both a hoss attraction and terrific worker caught up to him; the contributing factor of arteriosclerotic cardiovascular disease was consistent with the doomed lifestyle of too many performers of his era.

Since appearing on the last episode of Nitro, WWE, for whatever reason, had no plans for a performer of such tenure and awesome appeal; instead, Bigelow mainly worked the USA Pro indy promotion before relocating to Florida. Bigelow's was a life tragically cut short, and the wilderness years of his obituary made for decidedly grim reading; he endangered the wife of a child, and later his partner, in two separate vehicular accidents.

But, while his health deteriorated and bled into his lifestyle, the core of the man was good: before that Nitro, he had rescued the lives of three children in a fire near his home.
