Jora Johl's most memorable time in AEW came when he was briefly a member of Matt Hardy's Hardy Family Office. Away from that, the Indian grappler was at one point a mainstay of Dark and Dark: Elevation.

Johl hadn't competed for either AEW or ROH for over eight months prior to his release, with his most recent outing for Tony Khan's promotions being a quick tag team loss - teaming with Nick Comoroto against the Infantry - on a July 2023 episode of ROH.

Elsewhere, Jora hasn't wrestled, period, since a November date for Immortal Championship Wrestling out of New York.
