EVERY Wrestler From The Original ALL IN - Where Are They Now?
13. Joey Janela
His performance in the demented Chicago Street Fight, you could argue, stole the show. That match was a dynamic, incredible war in which the violence was registered to awesome, gut-churning effect.
A lot of people expected Janela to be a fairly major deal in AEW as a result, especially combined with the creative streak he had displayed as a promoter, but it just didn't work out. He entered more than one sloppy in-ring performance and never seemed to forge the same connection with fans as Darby Allin and Jungle Boy did, and they were pushed ahead of him.
Janela, after his AEW contract expired in 2022, is back on the indies. That reads like a fall from grace or relegation, but it's where he wants to be and best fits.
