You've probably heard a lot of bad things about The Chaperone, considering how it's even been mocked on WWE's own programming. That said, while it's hardly a good film, it's nowhere near as terrible as you're likely expecting.

Comedy is a weird fit for Triple H but he doesn't embarrass himself here, while the film on the whole is more bland and forgettable than it is actively terrible or irritating.

A decent supporting cast, including Ariel Winter, Yeardley Smith and Kevin Corrigan, provide some light relief, but overall this is something you might watch on Netflix on a rainy Sunday when you're incredibly bored and then never think of again.
