A prison movie starring the Big Show and Superman himself, Dean Cain? The film may trace along fairly familiar lines, but it certainly delivers on the promise of that set-up, in large part thanks to the Soska Sisters' gore-filled direction.

This sure is a bloody one, while Show and Cain are well-cast opposite one another, making for a thriller that's easy to get involved in even when it's dabbling in relatively cliched material.

If not among the studios' best efforts, it's still totally decent, and benefits a lot from the presence of regular WWE Studios supporting actor Michael Eklund, who plays the prison's sneaky, conniving warden.
