Every WWE To AEW Defection Ranked From Worst To Best

PAC was regularly frustrated throughout his run on the main roster for WWE, believing he wasn’t being highlighted properly, which is hard to argue.

It felt like Vince McMahon saw him as nothing more than a high-flying cruiserweight who turned down his Mighty Mouse style gimmick. PAC ditched the WWE in 2018 for major promotions that would value his talent and push him accordingly. After wrestling for Dragon Gate, the Newcastle native found that major promotion in AEW after signing with them in January 2019, where he regularly demonstrated what an incredible athlete he is, with his acrobatic moveset like the corkscrew shooting star press, and living up to his name with 12 pack abs to boot.

He’s showcased himself in thrilling matches with Kenny Omega at All Out and in an Iron Man on Dynamite, as well as outstanding contests with Adam Page at Full Gear and Orange Cassidy at Revolution. Anytime PAC’s made an appearance for AEW, he’s delivered.

It’s just a shame he hasn’t been on TV more due to creative differences in Spring 2019 and an eight-month absence from TV in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
