Known as The Revival in WWE, Cash Wheeler and Dax Harwood were continuously discouraged and unsatisfied throughout their run on WWE’s main roster for three long years.

After tearing it up in NXT with the likes of American Alpha, DIY and The Undisputed Era, they were promoted to Raw and later SmackDown, and despite winning both the Raw and SmackDown tag titles, they were regularly forgotten about on TV, with WWE’s tag team division not being highlighted at the time.

When Vince McMahon tried to make them a comedy act, that was the final straw for The Revival and they refused to sign contract extensions. Wanting to build the same kind of legacy they did in NXT, they signed with AEW in May 2020 and rechristened themselves FTR. They’ve since won the AEW World Tag Team Championships, put on a classic with The Young Bucks at Full Gear, had one of their heroes Tully Blanchard manage them and are in the newly formed The Pinnacle stable led by MJF who are currently dominating in AEW.
