11. Trish Stratus Vs Christy Hemme (WrestleMania 21)

Mickie James Trish Stratus
WWE

As the winner of the first ever WWE Diva Search, Christy Hemme was laudable in defeat against the division's perennial megastar Trish Stratus in a half-decent match that gamely hid her inexperience at the lofty level she'd been promoted to following the talent show-style victory.

Accompanied by the injured Lita, Hemme was energetic and believable in her unlikely quest for the title.

Similarly, Trish put in a worthy display as the experienced heel with utter disdain for the newcomer.

A year into her nastier persona, Trish had rapidly become a master in the role, exhibiting contempt as she delivered a beating to the feisty newcomer and mocked Christy's mannerisms. It became the story of the match, as Stratus showed endless disrespect for the challenger and rather effortlessly controlled Hemme until the eventual babyface comeback.

With Lita legitimately incapable to do much from the floor whilst convalescing from an injured knee, Trish overcame the numbers disadvantage and Christy's limitations to diffuse her exciting fightback with a match-winning Chick Kick.
