Everything That Was Supposed To Happen At WrestleMania 36 (But Didn’t)

Among pulled wrestlers and cancelled or modified matches were the two battle royals. Firstly, the annual Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal had been scrapped in an effort to look out for the performers’ safety. It’s a fair justification and there’s no arguments from us. Similarly, the WrestleMania Women’s Battle Royal was also cancelled for the same reason.

This means no memorable moments from the likes of the more athletic, potentially lesser known wrestlers. Someone would likely do their absolute damnedest to make sure they stayed in the running, doing some crazy handstand on top of another wrestler who was fighting someone else outside the ring. Or - you get the idea.

As well as that, no surprise entrants such as Shaq or Gronk or whoever else WWE might have found to cameo in the event. Simply put, just fun little things that we missed due to the drastic nature of the changes.
