Everything You Need To Know About The IMPACT Wrestling Slammiversary Teases

2. Daniel Bryan

The tease: the word 'YES!' was shown in the second teaser trailer for a split-second, using either the same font or a similar font to the one WWE used for Daniel Bryan.

The likelihood of it happening: 0%

As much as your writer would adore seeing Daniel Bryan in IMPACT Wrestling, his big return to the indies after WWE - presuming he is actually leaving - won't go down in front of a limited capacity crowd. If anything, 'The American Dragon's' first post-WWE appearance will be AEW's New York stadium show in September.

Again, like Andrade El Idolo, a run in IMPACT is entirely possible for Daniel Bryan at some point in the future. He'd no doubt have inexplicably stellar bouts with the likes of Josh Alexander, Ace Austin, and Eddie Edwards. It simply isn't the right time, sadly.

Like the majority of the New Japan names who were teased, many of whom are legitimately booked in Japan on the day of the pay-per-view, it feels very much like Bryan was included in the teaser trailer simply to goad fans into believing it was possible.

It is possible, as mentioned. Just not here, unfortunately.
