4. Neville's Frustrations

The 26 September 2017 episode of 205 Live is one few (if anyone) could recall off hand without some research. That night, Neville defeated Ariya Daivari before new WWE Cruiserweight Champion Enzo Amore attacked him with a crutch as the show went off the air. That'd prove to be Neville's last WWE performance.

On 9 October, he walked out on the company hours before Raw, and he'd never come back. It's hard to say exactly how long the future AEW star had been unhappy in WWE, but it's rather obvious he wasn't digging the Enzo program and had been frustrated for a while; the fact his WrestleMania 33 match with Austin Aries was left off the 'Mania DVD can't have helped.

Neville, soon to be PAC, was done.

He'd resurrected the failing Cruiserweight Title single-handedly only for WWE to put it on walking cartoon Amore. Neville wasn't in the mood to get overlooked any longer, and he decided to take matters into his own hands by leaving.
